"Steer clear of this State Farm agents office. I’m not saying State Farm is bad but the sales tactics of this office are very scrupulous and misleading. Received a quote from there office when buying my home, they were reasonable. Then less than three months into my policy they switch and said the price they gave me was assuming I was moving my car and boat policy. I never agreed to such things so they raise my premiums I checked my original email and subsequent emails and none of the quotes or anything eluded to this supposed discount for bundling. I attempted to resolve with Rob and he promised to get back with me and never called me back. His staff is also not very responsive. I think someone screwed up and gave me the wrong price and they tried to make me just pay the difference. I originally told them I’m not moving my other business and asked them to honor the original quote for the first year as quoted and then they could adjust starting year 2. Once again got no response. Communication is a very important part of an insurance agency and if they don’t honor what’s in writing I could not trust them when I needed it most."
