"BEWARE OF THIS AGENT! My rates were repeatedly increased throughout my 6+ claim-free years with this office. When I finally decided to shop rates, I was able to save $1,800 / year on my auto policies and $800 / year on my homeowners & got lower deductible & higher coverage. I sent an email to the agent's office to cancel my auto policies and was told they were unable to cancel my policies without a copy of my declarations page. Per State Farm policy, a declarations page is only needed for back-dated cancellations. I informed Jennifer at this office that I was not requesting a back-dated cancellation. I sent a total of FIVE emails requesting forward-dated cancellations. When I finally called the office to confirm my cancellation, the girl answering the phone refused to give her name & said everyone in the office was at lunch, but someone would call me back. I had to waste 25 minutes on the phone with corporate to actually get my policies cancelled."
